1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("student," "parent," or "guardian") and DISHA EDUCATIONAL TRUST (R), operating Disha Iconic Public School and Disha Career Academy ("School," "Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in our programs, visiting our website, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are enrolling a minor student, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Admission and Enrollment

• Admission is subject to seat availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria as specified by the institution.
• The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to state reasons.
• All documents submitted during admission must be authentic. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in immediate cancellation of admission.
• Admission confirmation is complete only upon payment of the applicable admission fee.
• Students are required to abide by the academic calendar, schedule, and rules as communicated by the institution.

3. Fee Policy

• Fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
• Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. Specific refund conditions, if any, will be communicated in writing at the time of admission.
• The institution reserves the right to revise fee structures with reasonable advance notice.
• Fee concessions for meritorious, economically weak, or orphan students are subject to eligibility verification and approval by the institution's management.
• Non-payment of fees may result in suspension of services, removal from hostel facilities, or cancellation of enrollment.

4. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students
• Attend classes, mock tests, and scheduled academic sessions punctually
• Adhere to hostel rules and residential facility guidelines (for residential students)
• Refrain from any form of misconduct, ragging, bullying, or disruptive behavior
• Not engage in activities that may harm the reputation of the institution
• Comply with electronic device policies and study hall rules

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion at the discretion of the management.

5. Academic Programs and Content

• The institution strives to provide quality education in accordance with board and entrance exam syllabi, but does not guarantee specific results or ranks.
• Study materials provided are for enrolled students' personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared.
• The institution may modify course content, schedules, instructors, or formats as needed for academic improvement, with reasonable notice.
• Attendance at classes and mock tests is compulsory. Chronic absenteeism may affect eligibility for additional academic support.

6. Hostel and Residential Facility

• Hostel facility is subject to availability and governed by separate residential rules communicated at admission.
• Students residing in the hostel are expected to follow curfew timings, disciplinary norms, and facility usage guidelines.
• The institution is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Students are advised not to bring valuables to the hostel.
• Visitors are subject to prior permission and defined visiting hours.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Murshidabad, West Bengal.
